Nicole has been a travel advisor since 2013, combining her professional expertise with a lifelong passion for exploring the world. She specializes in river cruising, especially wine-themed journeys through Europe, and works with vineyard owners from California and Oregon to create unique wine experiences for her clients. These cruises bring together incredible destinations, culture, food, and history with wine seminars led by vineyard owners, allowing guests to compare Old World and New World wines while exploring Europe’s historic wine regions. For Nicole, travel is about more than seeing a destination—it’s about experiencing what makes each journey truly memorable and sharing those experiences with her clients.

Michael Zima

Director of Operations & Brand Management

With years of experience in hospitality and travel, Michael brings a unique combination of guest service, cruise industry knowledge, and marketing expertise to Sail Away Group Travel. His hospitality career includes several years with Walt Disney World, as well as experience with leading hotel brands. He also worked in reservations for a top-rated cruise line, giving him firsthand insight into the cruise experience from both the guest and industry perspectives. Michael has a passion for marketing, web design, and social media. He combines his hospitality experience and love of travel with a strong focus on creating memorable experiences and helping travelers discover the world—especially through luxury ocean, river, and yacht cruising.

Linda’s love for exploration began long before she became a travel advisor; it started the first time she packed her family’s bags and realized how much the world has to teach us. What began as a personal passion for discovering new cultures and navigating hidden gems quickly evolved into a desire to help others experience those same unforgettable moments.
With more than 30 years of professional experience as a director of marketing and community relations, alongside over 13 years in the travel and tourism industry, Linda believes that the best journeys are the ones shared. Today, she dedicates her enthusiasm and detailed expertise to bringing people together through seamless family and group adventures, as well as immersive, extraordinary cruise experiences.
